A portrait is a planned photo of either Individuals or Groups - "People Pictures"

Portraits have a multitude of uses from a simple small print to put in your wallet, A Print for the Family Album or to sent to relatives up to a large framed print that takes pride of place on your wall.

Portrait Session

A Typical Portrait session for individuals and small groups (family) will be around 1 to 1-1/2 hours and during this time we will typically take 50 or more photos.  We sit down and discuss your requirements and make sure any children are comfortable with the situation.  We will choose a suitable place, such as your Garden or your favourite park and "set up" each shot.

Family Portrait in a natural Setting

At the end of photography session we prepare the Images and present them on a CD so you can select the images you wish to have printed.

Before a shoot, you should consider what clothing you will wear. Ideally, it will be a light colour without harsh patterns.  In most cases, Adults look better with long-sleeved shirts.  If you are unsure, please discuss this with us before your photo session.
